Q: What time is check-in and check-out?

Check-in time is 14.00 (2pm)

Check-out time 10.00 (10am)

Q: Do you require a security bond upon check-in?

Credit card details are required on arrival. If no credit card is available a $100 cash bond per guest is payable. The bond is refundable upon check-out.

Q: Is after hours check-in available?

After hours check-in is available at no extra charge.

Q: Can I have a late check-out?

Late checkout may be available dependent on room availability. The charge is $25.00 per hour after 10.00am.

Q: When do I have to pay a deposit?

A deposit of $200.00 is payable at the time of booking.

Q: What are the reception hours?

Monday – Friday: 9.00am to 4.00pm 

Weekends & Public Holidays: 9.00am to 11.00am

Q: Can I book theme park tickets at reception?

Theme park tickets and transfers may be booked at Reception.

Internet access is available on a user pays basis. We also have a Guest Computer available at Reception free to use during reception hours.

Q: How close is Surfers Paradise & Broadbeach?

Central Surfers Paradise is approximately 500 meters away and Broadbeach is just over 4 km away. Broadbeach can be accessed by the tram system or local buses that operate 24 hours a day.

Q: Are there shops or restaurants nearby?

There are a large number of shops nearby. The array of shops and restaurants that service Surfers Paradise are between 200 to 600 metres away. Using public transport you can easily access Pacific Fair, Australia Fair and Habourtown shopping centre. A short stroll takes you over the bridge into the centre of Chevron Islands restaurant and cafes.

Q: Is there public transport nearby?

Bus stops are approximately 100 metres away. The tram stop is approximately 200 metres away. There are three rental car companies approximately 50 metres away

Q: What local attractions are in the area?

Surfers Paradise Beach, Budds Beach, The Nerang River, Central Surfers Paradise (Cafes, Restaurants and shopping), Chevron Island (Cafes and Restaurants), Adrenaline Park, mini golf, Time Zone, Infinity, Ripley’s Believe It or Not, Turf Club (Gold Coast Race Course), The Gold Coast Street Race Circuit, beach front Markets, surrounding restaurants in nearby complexes.
